THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF OUR WORK ON THE ISLAND OVER THE PAST FIFTEEN YEARS.
7 AHAB DRIVE
This recently completed renovation consisted of the alteration and addition to an existing 25 year old, 1500 square foot residence in the Hummock Pond Estates development in Cisco.
Using the local design talents of Milton Rowland Associates, the building grew to 3150 square feet and sprouted a second level - the only second story in the cluster of residences.

5 SPARKS AVENUE
This is the 4th building to be redesigned and rebuilt for our clients at the Milestone Rotary.
The project involved the picking-up of the 'floor-less' (i.e. built on slab) Harbor Fuel garage and moving it 150 yards onto a new foundation. A first floor was then installed as well as the roof 'opened up ' to accomodate the addition of two large shed dormers on both sides.
The object of this renovation was to build two commercial spaces on the ground floor with two 2 bedroom efficiency apartments on the second floor.
The building was completed at 2002 and is the home of Milestone Electronics.

167 ORANGE STREET
The first of four buildings redesigned and rebuilt by our firm at the Milestone Rotary beginning in 1997.
We moved the existing structure onto a new foundation in the rear of the lot, added onto the existing foundation, and then constructed a 2200 square foot structure with two commercial spaces occupying the 1st floor and an 1100 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with a loft on the 2nd floor.
It became the first home for the Island's new Radio Shack dealership - Milestone Electronics.

WANNACOMET WATER DEPARTMENT, 1 MILESTONE ROAD
This was a reshingling/retrimming project with construction of a new handicap access ramp for the offices of Nantucket's water authority.
20 ORANGE STREET
This was originally a horse stall that became a ramshackle in-law apartment over the last century. Due to a rot/termite problem, the majority of the original building ended up in the town landfill.
It is now a 300 square foot office/studio with a mahoghany(!) interior looking out from the crest of the Orange Street hill onto the harbor.
